What it does

Chess Position Analyzer adds a draggable chessboard to ChatGPT. Ask ChatGPT to set up a position — by name, by FEN, or from the starting position — and the board appears inline in the conversation. Drag pieces freely to explore variations, flip the board, or expand to fullscreen. ChatGPT sees your current position and can answer questions about it.

How to use it

Install the app in ChatGPT and start a conversation.
Ask something like open a chessboard, show me the Najdorf, or paste a FEN string.
Drag pieces to edit the position. Ask follow-up questions — ChatGPT reads the current board.
Click Expand for a larger view with a FEN readout and reset button.
